Kenneth B. de Graaf, M.A.Sc., B.Sc.(Hons.) – President and CEO, Director

Mr. de Graaf is a chemical/metallurgical engineer with over 20 years experience serving on boards of directors and in senior executive positions overseeing successful mineral exploration, development and financing of both private and public junior resource companies in Canada, Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan and Democratic Republic of Congo.  deGraaf was leader and/or had senior role in the discovery and/or development of four global mineral resource deposits.   His M.A.Sc. (Metallurgical Eng.) specialized in zinc hydrometallurgy in pressure autoclaves.  He also has extensive mineral processing experience with two highly regarded international engineering consulting firms – Hatch Associates and Bacon Donaldson & Assoc.

He was Vice President of Mongolia Operations and a Director of Western Prospector Group Inc. most recently for three years until May 2007 during which time he was involved in the rediscovery, exploration and development of the Gurvanbulag uranium deposit in Mongolia as well as multiple financings raising over $25 million.  Prior to this time, he was the founder, President & CEO and a Director of Cascadia Mining Corp. a private Canadian company that controlled international companies exploring and developing mineral projects in Kazakhstan, Mongolia and Russia.  Under his leadership, Cascadia Mining discovered the Gatsuurt Gold deposit in Mongolia (Reserve +1,300,000 oz gold) now owned by Centerra Gold Inc (TSX:CG).  Before forming Cascadia, Mr. de Graaf worked for two major international consulting metallurgical research and development firms for over 12 years, Bacon Donaldson & Associates of Vancouver and Hatch Associates Ltd. of Toronto on projects in Canada, U.S.A. and several international locations.  Mr. de Graaf was a President & CEO and a director of African Metals Corporation (AFR – TSX-V).

Mr. de Graaf has a M.A.Sc. (Metallurgical Engineering) from the University of British Columbia and a B.Sc.(Honours)(Chemical Engineering) from Queen’s University, Canada.  His technical experience encompasses fundamental research through to industrial process development engineering, including commercial plant commissioning.  He also has extensive experience in industrial environmental engineering.

Jody Bellefleur CPA, CGA - Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Bellefleur has over 20 years corporate accounting experience providing serviced to both public and private corporations in the junior mining sector.  Her experience includes all aspects of regulatory financial reporting, coordination of annual audits and government tax and regulatory reporting.  She currently is also a director and the CFO of King’s Bay Gold Corp. (TSXV:KBG), she has served as CFO of Zimtu Capital Corp. (TSXV:ZC) since 2013 and is CFO of Voltaic Minerals Corp. (TSXV:VLT).  Ms. Bellefleur is also the former CFO of various other TSXV companies including Pasinex Resources Limited (TSXV:PSE) and Group Ten Metals Inc. (TSXV:PGE).  She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B Comm) Accounting from the University of British Columbia.

Graham C. Wilson, B.A.(Hons.),  Ph.D., P.Geo. – Director

Raised in England, Dr. Wilson is a professional geologist and mineralogist with over 30 years global experience as the Principal of Turnstone Geological Services Ltd..  He has diverse interests, including metallic and non- metallic mineral deposits, regional geology, database development, and mineralogical applications to meteorites and archaeological materials.  He has evaluated many types of mineral deposits making extensive use of petrographic techniques including electron microprobe and other advanced techniques, integrated with laboratory and field assessments to assist clientele in their mineral explorations.  Dr. Wilson has produced more than 500 geological and mineralogical reports covering six continents for clients in business, academia and government.

Dr. Wilson is a co-discoverer of the Current Lake deposit in Northwestern Ontario (a Platinum-rich PGE deposit) which is held by Panoramic Resources (ASX:PAN); he is a former Research Associate of the IsoTrace Laboratory at the University of Toronto, specializing in the mineral analysis of precious metals (gold and platinum group elements), meteorites and archaeological artifacts.  He holds a Ph.D. (Mineralogoy and Petrology) from the University of Cambridge, UK, where his doctoral thesis concerned the geochemistry of lithium in the granites of southwest England.

Neil V. Froc, P.Eng. - Director

Mr. Neil Froc, is a geological engineer with extensive exploration and major project development experience.  His past experiences include being Project Manager at Wellgreen Platinum Corporation responsible for the technical and socio-economic development of the Wellgreen Nickel-Copper-PGE project in the Yukon and Executive Vice President of Hrd Creek Nickel Corporation responsible for the technical and socio-economic development of the Turnagain Nickel project, and with Barrick Mine Management Inc. was Project Engineer during a six year exploration and development program at the Cinola Gold Project in British Columbia.  Mr. Froc has been responsible for the identification and acquisition of Minfocus’ Peregrine Zinc Project in Eastern British Columbia and for the Myst Metals Nickel Project in Northern British Columbia.  In addition, Mr. Froc brings extensive experience with First Nations consultations in the Yukon and British Columbia.
